Grace, or the Art of Climbing

Hello Grace, or the Art of Climbing Ticket Buyers!
The space is a bit tricky to find so we thought it might be helpful to provide a map pinpointing the exact location. The entrance to our space is on N. Bread Street (a small alley street in Old City, Philadelphia).

Here are some basic directions from City Hall...

Head East on Market
Take a Left on 3rd Street
Go Under the Ben Franklin Bridge (you will pass Arch and Race streets)
Take a right onto New Street
Turn right onto Bread Street which is between 2nd and 3rd Streets

Also, some of the best seats in the house involve sitting on gym mats on the floor. So, we advise leaving your patent leather heals and ball gowns behind and recommend keeping bags/purses/backpacks to a minimum!
Please feel free to send an email with any questions or to call us if you are having trouble finding the space.

Once again, here's the address and the number to call:
233 N. Bread Street
Philadelphia, PA 19106
202-744-3362

We look forward to seeing you!

By Lauren Feldman

Dealing with her father's illness, a painful breakup, and the inertia of depression, Emm decides to launch into the world of competitive rock-climbing. What ensues is her quest through the rugged (and often humorous) terrain of physical training and human relationships. Poetic and athletic, Grace, or the Art of Climbing is the journey of a young woman suspended between muscularity and vulnerability, falling and climbing, and the ardor and grace of being human.
